Everest

The Everest Region National Park, officially known as Sagarmatha National Park, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in northeastern Nepal. It is home to Mount Everest (8,848.86 m), the world’s highest peak. Established in 1976, the park spans an area of 1,148 sq. km in the Solukhumbu district.
